Customer Service Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Daan Mogot)
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility will include, however will not be limited to the below.
- To provide or convey prompt and precise information with customer and the related personnel related to sales and marketing.
- Have an active communications between customers.
- Partner with the sales team on customer-related activities.
- Work closely with clients to obtain client forecast.
- Manage incoming orders (Receive purchase orders and generate invoices).
- Confirm pricing, inventory availability and shipping information to customer.
- Receive and process customer inquiries related to returns, credit requests, and complaints.
- Actively participate in departmental meeting.
- Provide written account/activity reports to management as required.
- Ensure customer orders are accurately data entered.
- Assist Sales and Marketing team when they are unavailable.
- Minimal travel required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Female.
- Age maximal 35 years old.
- Minimum Diploma is required; B.Adm/B.Sc is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, B-2 sales or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills are essential.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Well-organized and able to handle high volume of work.
- Excellent organizational skills are essential.
- Proficient in communication and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin and dialects - ad added advantage).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Must be detail oriented to ensure accurate data entry.
- Willing to work in Daan Mogot.
