PT. DUTA WIBAWA MANDA PUTRA is looking to recruit for the following positions, qualified and experience candidates who are seeking an exciting opportunity to join the company's multi-national workforce and be a part of the future growth of the UAE and the aluminium industry.
1. Process Control Technicians
Monitor homogenizing operations to ensure that processes are according to the company's quality standards. Prepare and present the data in graphical and statistical from (SPC) manually as well as by using VDU's and Personal Computer.
-Male
-Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Science (Chemistry, Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering)
-High skilled in computer applications.
-Min. 5 years experience in continuous process industry "preferably in an Aluminium Smelter"
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
2.POWER OPERATIONS :
Power Operators
-Male
-Degree or a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-Min. 5 years experience in the operations of gas / steam turbine generators, steam raising plant and associated auxiliary equipment
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
3.SMELTER MAINTENANCE
Refractory Masons (RN: SMRM77)
-Male
-Diploma in civil engineering
-Min. 5 years experience as a refractory mason.
-Knowledge of Baking Kiln construction, Cast House furnace construction, hot repairs and cold repair.
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
4.Rigging Technician / Mechanics
-Male
-Diploma in mechanical engineering / NDT Certificate of PT and MT methods
-Min. 5 years experience (2 years in Mechanical Maintenance and 3 years in Lifting Equipment Inspection)
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
Auto Mechanics
-Male
-Diploma / technical education with full craft apprenticeship in Automotive trade
-Preferable auto / diesel mechanics
-Min. 5 years experience in Heavy Mobile Equipment Maintenance and Repairs
-Ability to operate and drive a wide range of heavy mobile equipment
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
5.Auto Electricians
-Male
-Diploma or technical education with full apprenticeship o Electrical trade
-Ability to operate and drive a wide range of Mobile Equipment
-Background on Electronic Engine control and Battery Operated Equipment essential
-Min. 5 years experience
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
6.Welders / Fabricators
-Male
-Diploma or technical education
-Basic knowledge of welding with a valid welding certificate of 6G or equivalent
-Knowledge of all types of Fabrication works
-Min. 8 years experience
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
7.Inspection Technicians
-Male / Female
-Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of Penetrant Testing (PT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) methods
-Min. 6 years work experience (3 years in Mechanical Maintenance and 3 years in Lifting Equipment inspection)
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
7.Mechanical Technicians
-Male
-Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-Working knowledge on computerised equipment PM schedule (CMMS/MES/SAP)
-Min. 3 years experience in electrical smelter plant equipment or in a similar process oriented heavy industry
-Excellent communications skills in English (both writing and speaking)
