Job Description
The candidate will be primarily responsible for implementing human resource process and systems at the Mining Operations.
- Maintaining daily attendance register, employee records, etc
- Identify, understand & evaluate organizations manpower requirements
- Ensure hiring and exit process is followed and well documented
- Creating sound employee relations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in human resource management and knowledge of the mining industry
Candidate should be a degree in Human Resources Management
