Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
•Previous experience in Project Management in web and software development for at least 2-3 years
•Positive attitude and flexible person
•Excellent English – both written and spoken
•Extensive IT knowledge and technical background is an advantage
•Experience in quality control and team leadership, outgoing, excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills
•Technical background in C++, .NET is significant plus
Tasks and responsibilities:
•Responsible for project delivery as per schedule, resources and cost
•Deliver the project plan to scope, timescales and budget by tracking all activities against plan and all actual costs against budget
•Develop Risks & Mitigation strategies
•Customer orientation & relationship building
•Change Management
•Implementation of projects as per project implementation methodology
•Build a champion team for project delivery
•Project Management and leadership, extensive team handling and interaction with clients at senior levels. Oriented towards Service delivery on a timely basis.
•Develop detailed implementation plans using MS Project to enable delivery of the Technical Solution Document
•Conduct Project Definition Workshops and produce the written report
•Engage and manage technical resources to deliver the project plan
•Agree deliverables/milestones and report project progress to the Delivery Manager via Weekly Status Reports and any other method in place on the particular project
•Chair regular Technical Project Review Meetings, Customer facing Meetings (if required), attend Review Meetings and produce all documentation and minutes as appropriate
•Communicate with personnel and customers on a daily basis on the progress of the projects
•Contact clients concerning project requirements / issues
•Ensuring that project information is correctly maintained
•Management of small- and mid-sized teams - team motivation, communication, tutoring
