Deskripsi Pekerjaan
* This position will ASSIST TRAINING MANAGER in managing training program for business operation
* Stationed: Bandung, West Java
Criteria:
* Preferably from Pharmaceutical company
* MUST HAVE solid exposure in Training Development area
* Additional experience in Recruitment function is a PLUS
* Male/ Female with age max. 35 years old
* Degree from Management, Psychology, Pharmacy
Role:
* To lead, manage (organize) and monitor day to day Training and Recruitment for New Medical Representative (MR) activities
* Provide and take strategic approach to ensure the programmes will meet the goal in qualitative and quantitative
* Implement Training and Recruitment (for NEW MR) in properly
* Provide improvement and able to identify and solve Training and Recruitment operational problem
