: HR STAFF
Main Responsibilites:
1) Developing the Employee Performance Management System, KPI Analysis, TNA,
Performance Appraisal System, Training & Development Management System, Employee
Career Path Development System, Employee Compensation & Benefit System and fully
capable for Coaching & Counseling.
2) Responsible for daily HR routines (General HR).
Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post
Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
2) Preferred Candidate : Female with min of age 25 and max age of 32.
3) At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
4) Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job
role in General HR or Organizational Development/Change Management.
5) Full-Time and Contract position available.
