Account Manager – Retail (AMRet)
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and achieve sales target, by increase market and meet revenue target
Create new business opportunity
Meet with key prospects and maintaining good relations with existing and prospective customers
Responsible for attaining sales quota and direct activities of all sales and marketing support
Develop consumer market, driving all master dealers and resellers’ activities, staff development, stock control and be an advocate for Panda Securities to master dealers and resellers
Requirements:
Male/ Female
Min. SMU/ SMK graduate or equivalent
Min. 1 year experience in retail market (preferably)
Posses own vehicle
Literacy of MS word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent in sales, interpersonal and communication skills
Ready to work under pressure with proactive action
