Responsibilities:
- Handle troubleshooting and all hardware problem
- Provide technical support & troubleshooting for other Departments
- Perform installation, configuration of all hardware (including OS) & Networking ( LAN, WAN )
- IT hardware and software purchase requisition
- IT inventory administration
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 Computer Science / IT
- At least 1 year experience in helpdesk support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Have good knowledge in Networking (LAN/WAN), IT Help Desk, Antivirus
- Have strong knowledge in hardware and software applications
- Able multi-task and perform in fast moving and demanding environment
- Team player who is self motivated, self disciplined, process oriented and shows initiative
