PT Asia Select Indonesia represent an Automotive Company to find the suitable candidates to fill the post of: Head of Spare Part Center Job Description: To control all process of ordering to run smoothly according to SOP (both import and local spare part) To manage and monitor the inventory level To manage and monitor daily warehousing function start from receiving good & correct parts; shelving & locating to designated place; ensure good condition of inventory; picking the right parts according to customer order; checking parts before delivery and delivery on time. Doing warehouse process improvement such as managing man power, relocation, PDCA activity, on time ratio, productivity, cleanliness, fullfilment ratio, no loss sales, etc   Requirement : Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 major in engineering  Male, age maximum 35 years old Must have experience minimal 4 years in spare part warehousing management with latest position in Asst. Manager level Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and logic of verbal Have good communication and presentation skill Have good interpersonal relationship & able to work as team. Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, and able to work in under pressure situation Active in English (both oral and written).
