In gearing up for long-term business expansion, we seek talented, motivated and suitably qualified competent individuals to join our Team in the following position :

Trainer
(Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, Makasar)


Responsibilities:

* Prepare and conduct training programs
* Build good rapport with training participants
* Inspire participants with positive training impact
* Work with and support other functions in the organization to achieve the business target
* Make a comprehensive post training report for clients

Requirements:

* Male / Female
* Minimum S1 from a reputable university
* Experience in conducting training
o Minimum have 2 years experience as trainer, preferably in the Training or Service Industry
o Must have ability to conduct training individually
o Proven track record in delivering training with positive participant feedback
o Preferably has experience in conducting a variety of training programs: mindset / motivational
and skill for front-line staff
* Able to work with independently
* Have CAN DO attitude, high energy, flexibility, high degree of initiative
* Fluency in spoken English is a preferred strong point
* Good presentation and interpersonal skill
* Must be willing to be based in: Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, Makasar, preferably local
residence
* Yearly renewable contract based on performance
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
