Administration Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Cilandak)
Responsibilities:
- Administration Officer (Jakarta Based) will assist Administration Manager in establishing relationships with customers to provide professional assistance and support for BP Tangguh Project starting from handling inquiries, monitoring shipment movement or storage, and reporting & invoicing which need outsource assistance in managing the distribution, warehouse or inventory management activities, developing customized logistics solutions and overseeing implementation of projects shipments.
- He/she is expected to manage receiving order from BP, dispatching order to operations supervisor or directly to vendor, monitoring shipment movement, validating the shipment’s DA, and making sure on time and complete invoicing to customer. This will include to comply with the SOP, Safety Plan and Reporting Requirements.
- He/she will be responsible to generate and compiling all the required reporting from system and from manual data, including to collect from other party within and outside BP Tangguh Project Team, and present it in agreed format.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Airline Operation/Airport Management,
Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role
in Administrative Executive or equivalent.
* Having good negotiation skill.
* Preferably to have sales or customer service experience.
* Understanding on managing import shipment, cargo handling and custom clearance.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
