At this moment, People Search is looking for Customer Service Assistant with below responsibilities and qualification list.
Customer Service Assistant
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
- Handle visitors and guests
- Assist Client Service Assistant in handling incoming & outgoing letter
- Assist Client Service Assistant in arranging the interview schedule with candidates
- Assist Research and Database Staff in updating database dan research system
- Assist Research and Database in managing the database, receiving incoming resume
Requirements:
- Having at least Associate Degree (D3) from Secretarial Study
- Having minimum 1 year experience as Administration Staff/Receptionist/Secretary
- Having experience as Sales Representative will be an advantage
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Pleasant and energetic personality
