Responsibilities:
- Position Summary and Responsibilities
- Acting as the representative of the financial institution (investment bank) that helps companies and governments raise capital.
- contacted in case of mergers and acquisitions to negotiate either the buy or the sell side of the deal.
- called upon for facilitating private placements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent with GPA 3.00 from reputable university or overseas graduate.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
- Having WPEE License from Bapepam-LK would be advantageous
