We invite highly qualified and energetic professionals to fill the following positions:

Customer Relation Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara-Pluit)

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services.
• Input data customers, give free sample/gifts, promotion/event
• Handling mall tenant and customer's complaint
• Maintenance mall facilities
• Maintenance tenants and customers data
• Leading shift in customer service department

Requirements:

• Male, 20-25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Computer Literature, MS Office and Good English Skill.
• Able to work in shift system.
• Smart, Good looking, Service-oriented, Good manner and personality, Good initiative, High Sense of Responsibility and Well-organized.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Must submit recent photograph
