Program Kelas Karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat yang tidak mempunyai waktu luang mengikuti pendidikan hari hari kerja. Program Kelas Karyawan Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta menyelenggarakan pendidikan untuk Jenjang Pendidikan Sarjana (S1), Pascasarjana (S2) dan Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAK).

- Waktu kuliah dapat dipilih Kelas Sore (Senin - Jumat) atau Kelas Sabtu Minggu.
- Biaya studi sangat terjangkau dan dapat diangsur sesuai kemampuan mahasiswa.
- Kampus dapat dipilih yaitu Kampus Meruya atau Kampus Menteng.
- Disediakan Bus Kampus antar jemput untuk daerah Bekasi, Depok dan Tangerang.
- Mahasiswa yang dari luar kota disediakan Penginapan (Mess)

Program Sarjana (S1):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan SMU, SMK, D3, Akademi atau yang sederajat
Program Studi: Manajemen, Akuntansi, Psikologi, Public Relation, Marketing Communications, Visual Communication, Broadcasting, Design Graphis, Arsitektur, Design Interior, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Industri, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, komunikasi

Program Profesi Akuntansi (PPAK):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan S1 Akuntansi

Program Pascasarjana (S2):
Syarat Mahasiswa: Lulusan S1, D4 atau yang sederajat
Program Studi: Magister Manajemen Keuangan, Magister Manajemen SDM, Magister Manajemen Pemasaran, Magister Manajemen Operasi/Produksi. Magister Manajemen Industri, Magister Manajemen Telekomunikasi, Magister Ilmu Komunikasi, Magister Akuntansi

HR Generalist
(Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

* HR-GENERALIST will reporting to HRGA Manager
* Responsibility of HR-GENERALIST are :
Recruitment & Selection :
1. Coordinate Recruitment and Selection process to have an appropriate employee (all level, from operator untill manager)
2. Design and coordinate with any promotional event i.e. participate in job fair / career expo, which sponsored by the company
to support the recruitment activity or fulfil stock candidate database & promote the awareness the job opportunity at university
3. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, Establishing effective and efficient recruitment process and well suited recruitment tools
4. Conduct exit interview for employee who wants to resign and develop the recovery program
5. Make a monthly report of employee recruitment process for the HRGA manager
Training & Development :
1. Arranging On the Job Training (OJT) schedule for new employees (Staff level), monitoring probation & contract employee
2. Conduct induction Training for new employee
3. Coordinate an annual Job Performance Evaluation from each department or section
4. Arranging & implementing annual Training Program (Training Needs Analysis, implement, monitoring & evaluate training progress, budgeting annual training plan)
5. Developing and control for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP) & prepare all support document for ISO 9001 audit
Industrial Relationship:
1. Build a good cooperation and relation with many institutions (Training Provider, Head Hunter, LPK, Recruitment advertising media, Career development Center from University/School, Goverment /Labor Department , etc.)
2. Handle renual permit employee (female) working at night & employee working overtime to goverment (DISNAKER)
3. Monitoring the discipline of employee and ensures that employees are kept aware of HR policies & procedure, giving counseling to employees, giving punishment to employee (SP & PHK)
Administration & General Affairs :
1. Checking the employee administration data that are newly join with the company and administration data of employee that finished the job contract
2. Checking or evaluating the result of On Job Training of new employee
3. Checking the employee data that are finished contract and finished a period of 3 months probation
4. Checking the data of new employee who will be transferred to each department or section
5. Checking the monthly issue PO (purchase order), stock and checking the distribution of attribute for employee.
6. Monitoring the discipline of employee and ensures that employees are kept aware of HR policies & procedure
7. Monitoring updating employee database

Requirements:

1. Female, Bachelor degree (S1) from Psychology (prefereble) or human resource management
2. Have experience in similar position min. 2 years, especially in Multinational manufacturing company
3. Have deep knowledge about psycological tools, administration & make psychological report
4. Familiar conduct Inteview & using Interview method, such as : Behavioral Based Interview or Competency Based Interview
5. Knowledgeable about Indonesia labour laws, compensation & benefit, and good at industrial relation
7. Experience in Couching & Counseling activities
8. Have good attitude, strong leadership, good communication skill, problem solving and decision maker
9. Fluent in english both oral & written, Japanese will be advantage
