Human Resource & General Service Staff
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya)
Requirements:
* You will be in charge in:
o Responsible to manage and control all HR function both Organizational Development and HR Operations, including provide appropriate HR strategic roles to achieve company’s objectives
o Managing and controlling all General Service activity to support operational of Mobile-8 office in area
o Having coordination with HR & GS head quarter
* To be a successful in the position, you will be:
o Having high integrity, good interpersonal skill, hard worker
o Having knowledge and experience in handling Training, Recruitment, Manpower Regulation and implementation
o Holding a minimum of S1 degree in psychology, law or management
o Having a minimum of 1 years experience in human resource & general affair
o Language Competency Bahasa Indonesia, English
o Familiar with pressure of high target environment
